PGAM1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein phosphoglycerate mutase 1, which is encoded by the PGAM1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to catalyze the interconversion of 2-phosphoglycerate and 3-phosphoglyceratea crucial step in glycolysis, by using 2,3-bisphosphoglycerate. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 254 residues, a mass of 28.8 kDa, and is a member of the Phosphoglycerate mutase protein family. It is reported to be expressed in the liver and brain. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally acetylated. Other alias names for this target include PGAM-B, PGAMA, BPG-dependent PGAM 1, epididymis secretory protein Li 35, phosphoglycerate mutase 1 (brain), and HEL-S-35.
Some PGAM1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15 ng/L and as high as 200 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
