This protein is 352 amino acids long, with a mass of 40.5 kDa, and is a member of the Small leucine-rich proteoglycan (SLRP) family, SLRP class II subfamily. This is reported to be a secreted protein. There is a noted implication in Cornea plana 2, autosomal recessive.
