These ANG3 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of ANG3 in biological samples. ANG3 is an alias of the human ANGPTL1 gene, which encodes the protein, angiopoietin like 1. The ANGPTL1 protein is described to be 491 amino acid residues in length and 56.7 kilodaltons in mass. It is known to be a secreted protein. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be highly expressed in adrenal gland, placenta, thyroid gland, heart, skeletal muscle and small intestine. This protein is known to be glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include ANGPT3.
There are ANG3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
