GUCY1A1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein guanylate cyclase 1 soluble subunit alpha 1, which is encoded by the GUCY1A1 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 690 residues, a mass of 77.5 kDa, and is a member of the Adenylyl cyclase class-4/guanylyl cyclase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is notably expressed in the brain cortex and lung. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The GUCY1A1 gene has been associated with the disease, Moyamoya disease 6 with or without achalasia. Other alias names for this target include GC-SA3, GCS-alpha-3, GUC1A3, GUCA3, GUCSA3, GUCY1A3, MYMY6, and GC-S-alpha-1.
Some GUCY1A1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
