UQCR10 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase, complex III subunit X, which is encoded by the UQCR10 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the ubiquinol-cytochrome c oxidoreductase, a multisubunit transmembrane complex that is part of the mitochondrial electron transport chain which drives oxidative phosphorylation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 63 residues, a mass of 7.3 kDa, and is a member of the UQCR10/QCR9 protein family. It is known to be localized in the mitochondria. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include HSPC119, HSPC151, QCR9, UCCR7.2, UCRC, and HSPC051.
Some UQCR10 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.313 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
