KRTAP5-1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein keratin associated protein 5-1, which is encoded by the KRTAP5-1 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 278 residues, a mass of 24.2 kDa, and is a member of the KRTAP type 5 protein family. It is reported to be expressed in hair root but not in skin. Other alias names for this target include keratin-associated protein 5.1 and ultrahigh sulfur keratin-associated protein 5.1.
There are KRTAP5-1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
