IZUMO4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein IZUMO family member 4, which is encoded by the IZUMO4 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 232 residues, a mass of 26.5 kDa, and is a member of the Izumo protein family. It is known to be secreted and is notably expressed in sperm. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include izumo sperm-egg fusion protein 4 and sperm 22 kDa protein c113.
The detection range for different IZUMO4 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
