ABL1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ABL proto-oncogene 1, non-receptor tyrosine kinase, which is encoded by the ABL1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cytoskeleton organization and T cell differentiation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1130 residues, a mass of 122.9 kDa, and is a member of the Tyr protein kinase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus, mitochondria, and cytoplasm and is widely expressed across many tissue types. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated, acetylated and phosphorylated. The ABL1 gene has been associated with the disease, Leukemia. Other alias names for this target include BCR-ABL, CHDSKM, JTK7, bcr/abl, c-ABL, c-ABL1, p150, and ABL.
The detection range for different ABL1 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 15 ng/L and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
