DDX39A ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein DExD-box helicase 39A, which is encoded by the DDX39A gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in pre-mRNA splicing. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 427 residues, a mass of 49.1 kDa, and is a member of the DEAD box helicase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is notably expressed in testis, and at lower levels in the brain, kidney, lung, thymus, spleen and salivary gland. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include BAT1L, DDX39, DDXL, URH49, ATP-dependent RNA helicase DDX39A, and BAT1.
There are DDX39A ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
