RASL10B ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RAS like family 10 member B, which is encoded by the RASL10B gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to facilitate the release of atrial natriuretic peptide by cardiomyocytes and hence play a role in the regulation of arterial pressure. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 203 residues, a mass of 23.2 kDa, and is a member of the Ras protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is notably expressed at high levels in skeletal muscle and, at much lower levels, in heart, brain and pancreas. Other alias names for this target include Ras-related protein 17, alternative protein RASL10B, ras-like protein VTS58635, and ras-like protein family member 10B.
The detection range for different RASL10B ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
