P2RY4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein pyrimidinergic receptor P2Y4, which is encoded by the P2RY4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for UTP and UDP coupled to G-proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 365 residues, a mass of 41 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include P2P, P2Y4, UNR, P2Y purinoceptor 4, pyrimidinergic receptor P2Y, G-protein coupled, 4, and NRU.
Some P2RY4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
