These CD10 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of CD10 in biological samples. CD10 is an alias of the human MME gene, which encodes the protein, membrane metalloendopeptidase. Notably, CD10 is known to play a role in pathways of aging and cytokine-mediated signaling pathways, among other functions. The MME protein is described to be 750 amino acid residues in length and 85.5 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell. This protein is known to be glycosylated and myristoylated. Other names for this target antigen include CALLA and CMT2T.
Some CD10 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15.6 pg/mL and as high as 10000 pg/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
