general transcription factor IIH subunit 1 ELISA Kits

The following general transcription factor IIH subunit 1 ELISA kits are useful research tools for the measurement of general transcription factor IIH subunit 1 in biological samples. In humans this protein is encoded by the GTF2H1 gene. This protein is a known component of the general transcription and DNA repair factor IIH (TFIIH) core complex, which is involved in general and transcription-coupled nucleotide excision repair (NER) of damaged DNA and, when complexed to CAK, in RNA transcription by RNA polymerase II. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 548 residues, a mass of 62 kDa, and is a member of the TFB1 protein family. Its subcellular location is known to be in the nucleus. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. This protein may also be known as P62, TFB1, TFIIH, BTF2 p62, TFIIH basal transcription factor complex p62 subunit, and BTF2.

The detection range for different general transcription factor IIH subunit 1 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 10 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL.
