BEST4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein bestrophin 4, which is encoded by the BEST4 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 473 residues, a mass of 53.5 kDa, and is a member of the Anion channel-forming bestrophin (TC 1.A.46) protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane. Other alias names for this target include vitelliform macular dystrophy 2-like 2 and vitelliform macular dystrophy 2-like protein 2.
Some BEST4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
