INHBC ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein inhibin subunit beta C, which is encoded by the INHBC gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 352 residues, a mass of 38.2 kDa, and is a member of the TGF-beta protein family. It is known to be secreted and is reported to be expressed in benign prostatic hyperplasia. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include inhibin beta C chain, activin beta-C chain, inhibin beta C subunit, and IHBC.
Some INHBC ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.31 pg/mL and as high as 40 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
