These BSP ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of BSP in biological samples. BSP is an alias of the human IBSP gene, which encodes the protein, integrin binding sialoprotein. Notably, BSP is known to play a role in cell adhesion and extracellular matrix organization, among other functions. The IBSP protein is described to be 317 amino acid residues in length and 35.1 kilodaltons in mass. It is known to be a secreted protein. This protein is known to be O-glycosylated, N-glycosylated and sulfated. Other names for this target antigen include BNSP and BSP-II.
There are BSP ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 3.12 pg/mL and as high as 50 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
