ZBP1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein Z-DNA binding protein 1, which is encoded by the ZBP1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in the apoptotic pathway and viral immune response. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 429 residues and a mass of 46.3 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported to be highly expressed in lymphatic tissues including lymph node, leukocytes, tonsil, bone marrow and spleen. As many as 7 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include DNA-dependent activator of IRFs and tumor stroma and activated macrophage protein DLM-1.
The detection range for different ZBP1 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 15 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
