ubiquitin specific peptidase 47 ELISA Kits

The following ubiquitin specific peptidase 47 ELISA kits are useful research tools for the measurement of ubiquitin specific peptidase 47 in biological samples. In humans this protein is encoded by the USP47 gene. This protein is reported to be a ubiquitin-specific protease that specifically deubiquitinates monoubiquitinated DNA polymerase beta (POLB), stabilizing POLB thereby playing a role in base-excision repair (BER). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1375 residues, a mass of 157.3 kDa, and is a member of the Peptidase C19 protein family. Its subcellular location is known to be in the cytoplasm. In addition, it is reported to be expressed in skeletal muscle, heart and testis. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. This protein may also be known as ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 47, Trf (TATA binding protein-related factor)-proximal homolog, deubiquitinating enzyme 47, ubiquitin thioesterase 47, and TRFP.

The detection range for different ubiquitin specific peptidase 47 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL.
