SERPINA4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein serpin family A member 4, which is encoded by the SERPINA4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to inhibit human amidolytic and kininogenase activities of tissue kallikrein. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 427 residues, a mass of 48.5 kDa, and is a member of the Serpin protein family. It is known to be secreted and is notably expressed by the liver and secreted in plasma. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include KLST, KST, PI-4, PI4, kallistatin, kallikrein inhibitor, peptidase inhibitor 4, and KAL.
There are SERPINA4 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 125 pg/mL and as high as 1000 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
