These RAD52 motif 1 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of RAD52 motif 1 in biological samples. RAD52 motif 1 is an alias of the human RDM1 gene, which encodes the protein, RAD52 motif containing 1. The protein is believed to confer resistance to the antitumor agent cisplatin. The RDM1 protein is 284 amino acid residues in length and 32 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 12 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is notably expressed in testis. Other names for this target antigen include RAD52 motif-containing protein 1, RAD52 homolog B, and RAD52 motif 1.
The detection range for different RAD52 motif 1 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
