The following Sulfatase 1 ELISA kits are useful research tools for the measurement of sulfatase 1 in biological samples. In humans this protein is encoded by the SULF1 gene. This protein has been described to function in the apoptotic pathway and bone development. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 871 residues, a mass of 101 kDa, and is a member of the Sulfatase protein family. Its subcellular location is known to be in the ER, golgi, and is secreted. In addition, it is reported be expressed at highest levels in testis, stomach, skeletal muscle, lung, kidney, pancreas, small intestine and colon. In certain instances, it is also post-translationally glycosylated. This protein may also be known as N-acetylglucosamine-6-sulfatase, arylsulfatase, sulfatase FP, and extracellular sulfatase Sulf-1.
Some sulfatase 1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.55 pg/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Use the search filters to narrow your search and click on the ELISA kits below for more detailed information, such as reactivity and assay sensitivity.
