SDF4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein stromal cell derived factor 4, which is encoded by the SDF4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to regulate calcium-dependent activities in the endoplasmic reticulum lumen or post-ER compartment. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 362 residues, a mass of 41.8 kDa, and is a member of the CREC protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane, golgi, and cytoplasm and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. As many as 6 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include Cab45 and 45 kDa calcium-binding protein.
Some SDF4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 1.25 pg/mL and as high as 25 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
