RASAL1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RAS protein activator like 1, which is encoded by the RASAL1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a suspected inhibitory regulator of the Ras-cyclic AMP pathway. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 804 residues and a mass of 90 kDa. It is reported to be highly expressed in thyroid and adrenal medulla, lower expression in the brain, spinal cord and trachea. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include rasGAP-activating-like protein 1, GAP1 like protein, ras GTPase-activating-like protein, and RASAL.
There are RASAL1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 78.125 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
