MTSS1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein MTSS I-BAR domain containing 1, which is encoded by the MTSS1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to be related to cancer progression or tumor metastasis in a variety of organ sites, most likely through an interaction with the actin cytoskeleton. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 755 residues, a mass of 82.3 kDa, and is a member of the MTSS protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in many tissues, including spleen, thymus, prostate, testis, uterus, colon, and peripheral blood. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include MIMA, MIMB, protein MTSS 1, MTSS1, I-BAR domain containing, metastasis suppressor 1, and MIM.
Some MTSS1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
