IL1RL2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein interleukin 1 receptor like 2, which is encoded by the IL1RL2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for interleukin-36 (IL36A, IL36B and IL36G). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 575 residues, a mass of 65.4 kDa, and is a member of the Interleukin-1 receptor protein family. It is known to be localized in the membrane and is reported to be expressed in synovial fibroblasts and articular chondrocytes. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include IL-36R, IL1R-rp2, IL1RRP2, IL-1 receptor-related protein 2, IL-36 receptor, and IL-1Rrp2.
There are IL1RL2 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 24 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
