Its subcellular location is known to be in the cell membrane, cytoplasm, and is secreted. In addition, it is reported to be expressed in polymorphonuclear leukocytes. In certain instances, it is also post-translationally glycosylated. This protein may also be known as AGP7, C-ANCA, CANCA, MBN, MBT, NP-4, NP4, and ACPA.
