OAZ3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ornithine decarboxylase antizyme 3, which is encoded by the OAZ3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in spermatogenesis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 235 residues, a mass of 27.4 kDa, and is a member of the ODC antizyme protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported to have testis-specific expression. Other alias names for this target include OAZ-t, TISP15, ODC-Az 3, antizyme 3, testicular secretory protein Li 31, and AZ3.
There are OAZ3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
