UTY ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ubiquitously transcribed tetratricopeptide repeat containing, Y-linked, which is encoded by the UTY gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in chromatin organization and cardiac tissue development. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1347 residues, a mass of 149.5 kDa, and is a member of the UTX protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include KDM6C, UTY1, histone demethylase UTY, [histone H3]-trimethyl-L-lysine(27) demethylase UTY, and KDM6AL.
There are UTY ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 20 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
