IL17RD ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein interleukin 17 receptor D, which is encoded by the IL17RD gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a feedback inhibitor of fibroblast growth factor mediated Ras-MAPK signaling and ERK activation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 739 residues and a mass of 82.4 kDa. It is known to be localized in the golgi and cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in umbilical vein endothelial cells and in several highly vascularized tissues such as kidney, colon, skeletal muscle, heart and small intestine. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. The IL17RD gene has been associated with the disease, Hypogonadotropic hypogonadism 18 with or without anosmia. Other alias names for this target include IL17RLM, SEF, IL-17 receptor D, IL17Rhom, interleukin-17 receptor-like protein, and HH18.
Some IL17RD ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15 ng/L and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
