LRRFIP2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein LRR binding FLII interacting protein 2, which is encoded by the LRRFIP2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to function as a activator of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway, in association with DVL3, upstream of CTNNB1/beta-catenin. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 721 residues, a mass of 82.2 kDa, and is a member of the LRRFIP protein family. It is found to be widely expressed, with highest levels in heart and skeletal muscle. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include leucine-rich repeat flightless-interacting protein 2, LRR FLII-interacting protein 2, leucine rich repeat (in FLII) interacting protein 2, and HUFI-2.
