FSCN1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein fascin actin-bundling protein 1, which is encoded by the FSCN1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be an actin-binding protein that contains 2 major actin binding sites. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 493 residues, a mass of 54.5 kDa, and is a member of the Fascin protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include HSN, SNL, p55, fascin, 55 kDa actin-bundling protein, and FAN1.
There are FSCN1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 20 ng/L and as high as 50 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
