enolase-phosphatase 1 ELISA Kits

The following enolase-phosphatase 1 ELISA kits are useful research tools for the measurement of enolase-phosphatase 1 in biological samples. In humans this protein is encoded by the ENOPH1 gene. This protein is reported to be a bifunctional enzyme that catalyzes the enolization of 2,3-diketo-5-methylthiopentyl-1-phosphate (DK-MTP-1-P) into the intermediate 2-hydroxy-3-keto-5-methylthiopentenyl-1-phosphate (HK-MTPenyl-1-P), which is then dephosphorylated to form the acireductone 1,2-dihydroxy-3-keto-5-methylthiopentene (DHK-MTPene). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 261 residues, a mass of 28.9 kDa, and is a member of the MasA/MtnC protein family. Its subcellular location is known to be in the nucleus and cytoplasm. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. This protein may also be known as 2,3-diketo-5-methylthio-1-phosphopentane phosphatase, acireductone synthase, and enolase-phosphatase E1.

There are enolase-phosphatase 1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Use the search filters to narrow your search and click on the ELISA kits below for more detailed information, such as reactivity and assay sensitivity.
