NAP1L4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein nucleosome assembly protein 1 like 4, which is encoded by the NAP1L4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to act as histone chaperone in nucleosome assembly. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 375 residues, a mass of 42.8 kDa, and is a member of the Nucleosome assembly protein (NAP) protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include NAP2, NAP2L, hNAP2, NAP-2, nucleosome assembly protein 1-like 4b, nucleosome assembly protein 2, and NAP1L4b.
Some NAP1L4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 4.096 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
