These FYN-related Kinase ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring specific protein levels in biological samples. FYN-related Kinase is an alias of the human FRK gene, which encodes the protein, fyn related Src family tyrosine kinase. Notably, FYN-related Kinase is known to play a role in cell differentiation and innate immune responses, among other functions. The FRK protein is 505 amino acid residues in length and 58.3 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 2 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be highly expressed in the epithelial derived cell lines and tissues, especially normal liver, kidney, breast and colon. Other names for this target antigen include GTK, PTK5, and RAK.
There are FYN-related Kinase ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
