IL34 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein interleukin 34, which is encoded by the IL34 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported cytokine that promotes the proliferation, survival and differentiation of monocytes and macrophages. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 242 residues, a mass of 27.5 kDa, and is a member of the IL-34 protein family. It is known to be secreted and is notably expressed in the sinusoidal epithelium in the red pulp of spleen. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated.
Some IL34 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.5 ng/L and as high as 6000 pg/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
