jumonji domain containing 6 ELISA Kits

Ready-to-use ELISA kits are available for the detection of jumonji domain containing 6, an alias of the protein, jumonji domain containing 6, arginine demethylase and lysine hydroxylase. The official gene symbol is JMJD6. The protein, with a mass of 46.5 kDa and length of 403 residues, is reported to be cytoplasmic and nuclear. It is a member of the JMJD6 family and may be known by other names, including: lysyl-hydroxylase JMJD6, jumonji domain-containing protein 6, jmjC domain-containing protein 6, histone arginine demethylase JMJD6, arginine demethylase and lysine hydroxylase, bifunctional arginine demethylase lysyl-hydroxylase JMJD6, and phosphatidylserine receptor.

  • Limited Performance Observed with Rabbit Polyclonal Unc93a Antibody

We created a construct for the overexpression of UNC93A and transiently transfected it into HEK293T cells. The FLAG-tagged UNC93A protein was easily detected with an anti-FLAG antibody. However, we were unable to identify a corresponding band using the UNC93A antibody, even at a dilution of 1:100. These results indicate that while the overexpression construct is successfully expressed, the antibody does not recognize UNC93A under the conditions used for Western blotting.
  • Robust CD80 Detection with BioLegend BV421™

This antibody performed exceptionally well in our studies, demonstrating strong specificity, consistent staining, and excellent reproducibility across experiments.
