CXCR6 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein C-X-C motif chemokine receptor 6, which is encoded by the CXCR6 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for the C-X-C chemokine CXCL16. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 342 residues, a mass of 39.3 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in lymphoid tissues and activated T cells. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include CD186, CDw186, STRL33, TYMSTR, C-X-C chemokine receptor type 6, and BONZO.
The detection range for different CXCR6 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 20 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
