CX3CL1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein C-X3-C motif chemokine ligand 1, which is encoded by the CX3CL1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported chemokine that acts as a ligand for both CX3CR1 and integrins ITGAV:ITGB3 and ITGA4:ITGB1. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 397 residues, a mass of 42.2 kDa, and is a member of the Intercrine delta protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is secreted and is reported to be expressed in the seminal plasma, endometrial fluid and follicular fluid. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally O-glycosylated and cleaved. Other alias names for this target include C3Xkine, CXC3, CXC3C, NTN, NTT, SCYD1, fractalkine, and ABCD-3.
Some CX3CL1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 2.74 pg/mL and as high as 1000 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
