GIMAP1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein GTPase, IMAP family member 1, which is encoded by the GIMAP1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to regulate lymphocyte survival. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 306 residues, a mass of 34.4 kDa, and is a member of the AIG1/Toc34/Toc159-like paraseptin GTPase protein family. It is known to be localized in the ER and golgi and is reported to be highly expressed in the the spleen and to a lesser extent in the lymph nodes. Other alias names for this target include immune-associated nucleotide-binding protein 2 and immunity associated protein 1.
Some GIMAP1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
