BEX1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein brain expressed X-linked 1, which is encoded by the BEX1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cell differentiation and nervous system development. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 125 residues, a mass of 14.9 kDa, and is a member of the BEX protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in central nervous system, with high level in pituitary, cerebellum and temporal lobe. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include brain-expressed X-linked protein 1, ovarian granulosa cell 13.0 kDa protein hGR74, and protein BEX1.
Some BEX1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
