SUB1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein SUB1 regulator of transcription, which is encoded by the SUB1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a general coactivator that functions cooperatively with TAFs and mediates functional interactions between upstream activators and the general transcriptional machinery. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 127 residues, a mass of 14.4 kDa, and is a member of the Transcriptional coactivator PC4 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include PC4, activated RNA polymerase II transcriptional coactivator p15, SUB1 homolog, transcriptional regulator, activated RNA polymerase II transcription cofactor 4, and P15.
The detection range for different SUB1 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 12.5 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
