RPUSD3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RNA pseudouridine synthase D3, which is encoded by the RPUSD3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to catalyze uridine to pseudouridine isomerization (pseudouridylation) of specific mitochondrial mRNAs (mt-mRNAs), a post-transcriptional modification necessary for their translation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 351 residues, a mass of 38.5 kDa, and is a member of the Pseudouridine synthase RluA protein family. It is known to be localized in the mitochondria. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include RNA pseudouridylate synthase domain containing 3, RNA pseudouridylate synthase domain-containing protein 3, and mitochondrial mRNA pseudouridine synthase RPUSD3.
There are RPUSD3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
