HERC6 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein HECT and RLD domain containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase family member 6, which is encoded by the HERC6 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in hematopoietic progenitor cell differentiation and protein ubiquitination. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 1022 residues and a mass of 115.1 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is notably expressed in the brain, heart, placenta and testis. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include HECT domain and RCC1-like domain-containing protein 6, HECT-type E3 ubiquitin transferase HERC6, hect domain and RLD 6, potential ubiquitin ligase, and probable E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase HERC6.
There are HERC6 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
