CHGB ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein chromogranin B, which is encoded by the CHGB gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 677 residues, a mass of 78.3 kDa, and is a member of the Chromogranin/secretogranin protein family. It is known to be secreted and is notably expressed in cerebrospinal fluid and urine. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally O-glycosylated and cleaved. Other alias names for this target include secretogranin-1, cgB, secretogranin B, secretogranin I, sgI, and SCG1.
There are CHGB ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 2.5 pg/mL and as high as 3000 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
