ST3GAL1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ST3 beta-galactoside alpha-2,3-sialyltransferase 1, which is encoded by the ST3GAL1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in protein glycosylation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 340 residues, a mass of 39.1 kDa, and is a member of the Glycosyltransferase 29 protein family. It is known to be localized in the golgi and is secreted and is reported to be expressed in several tissues. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally cleaved and glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include SIAT4A, SIATFL, ST3GalA, ST3GalA.1, ST3GalIA, ST3GalIA,1, ST3O, and Gal-NAc6S.
Some ST3GAL1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 10 ng/L and as high as 400 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
