These JTK9 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of JTK9 in biological samples. JTK9 is an alias of the human HCK gene, which encodes the protein, HCK proto-oncogene, Src family tyrosine kinase. Notably, JTK9 is known to play a role in cell adhesion and cell differentiation, among other functions. The HCK protein is described to be 526 amino acid residues in length and 59.6 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the cell membrane, cytoplasmic vesicles, lysosomes and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is notably expressed in monocytes and neutrophils. This protein is known to be ubiquitinated, palmitoylated, myristoylated and phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include AIPCV and p59Hck. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
