NHS ELISA Kits

NHS ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein NHS actin remodeling regulator, which is encoded by the NHS gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to function in cell morphology by maintaining the integrity of the circumferential actin ring and controlling lamellipod formation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1651 residues, a mass of 179.1 kDa, and is a member of the NHS protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. The NHS gene has been associated with the disease, Nance-Horan syndrome. Other alias names for this target include CXN, SCML1, actin remodeling regulator NHS, Nance-Horan syndrome (congenital cataracts and dental anomalies), congenital cataracts and dental anomalies protein, and CTRCT40.

There are NHS ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
