TYRO3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein TYRO3 protein tyrosine kinase, which is encoded by the TYRO3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor tyrosine kinase that transduces signals from the extracellular matrix into the cytoplasm by binding to several ligands including TULP1 or GAS6. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 890 residues, a mass of 96.9 kDa, and is a member of the Tyr protein kinase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is notably expressed in the brain and lower levels in other tissues. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated and glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include Dtk, Etk-2, RSE, Rek, Sky, Tif, tyrosine-protein kinase receptor TYRO3, and BYK.
There are TYRO3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 15.6 pg/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
