S1PR4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 4, which is encoded by the S1PR4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for the lysosphingolipid sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 384 residues, a mass of 41.6 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is notably expressed in fetal and adult lymphoid and hematopoietic tissue as well as in the lung. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include LPC1, S1P4, SLP4, S1P receptor 4, S1P receptor Edg-6, and EDG6.
The detection range for different S1PR4 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
