LAT2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein linker for activation of T cells family member 2, which is encoded by the LAT2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in FCER1 (high affinity immunoglobulin epsilon receptor)-mediated signaling in mast cells. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 243 residues and a mass of 26.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be highly expressed in spleen, peripheral blood lymphocytes, and germinal centers of lymph nodes. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include LAB, NTAL, WBSCR15, WBSCR5, WSCR5, and HSPC046.
There are LAT2 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
